Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst in Order to Cash Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including billing, collections, and cash application
Analyze billing discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly
Conduct regular cash application reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
3+ years of experience in Order to Cash operations, focusing on billing, collections, and cash application
Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems. Experience with Zone Billing is a plus
Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
