Job Summary
Driving end-to-end digital engagement strategy, the full-time Senior Analyst, Partnership Marketing will manage personalized marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring partner benefits are effectively communicated and experienced by Premium Small Business Card Members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of personalized marketing journeys across email, direct mail, paid media, Amex.com, and the Amex App
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling marketing campaigns that highlight joint value propositions
- Develop and implement digital strategies, including A/B testing and performance optimization, to enhance customer engagement with partner benefits
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital or lifecycle marketing with a focus on engagement and retention
- Expertise in email marketing and cross-channel activation across web and app environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data
- Proven experience in managing competing priorities within a matrixed organization
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience influencing cross-functional teams
