Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs to support People and Enablement initiatives
• Examine large HR datasets to identify trends related to hiring, engagement, performance, and retention
• Collaborate with Business Technology teams to enhance data capabilities and deliver impactful analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in building dashboards and visualizations in HR or People Analytics
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Thoughtspot, Tableau, or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with the Workday HCM suite
• Expert-level skills in analytics and reporting tools, including advanced Excel and Google Sheets
