Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Specialty Performance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in design and scoping of analytic work and execute high-quality analyses
Visualize data to highlight findings for diverse stakeholders and support executive-level report-outs
Develop relationships with peers and leaders across analytics, clinical, operations, and IT teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or healthcare major
Strong proficiency in SQL
1-2 years of experience in coding languages (SAS, R, Python)
1-2 years of experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
Comfortable working with multiple data sources in structured and unstructured formats
