Senior Analyst, Performance Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Performance Suite Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Development & Product teams in developing strategic approaches for value-based care
• Develop models to quantify the value of new and existing value-based care products
• Extract, manage, and analyze claims and operational data using industry-standard metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major or healthcare focus
• 1+ years of professional experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or SAS and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and claims
