A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Central Performance & Innovation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and performance data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize market performance
• Lead execution of process operations and create documentation to enhance efficiency and standardization
• Drive operational improvement initiatives and facilitate communication among stakeholders to align on optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of relevant work and/or internship experience
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to tasks
