Senior Analyst, Performance Analytics

Job Summary

Supporting the Performance Suite Analytics team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Performance Analytics will utilize and develop analytic tools to address complex business challenges, facilitate data transfer, and enhance decision-making processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support clean data transfer protocols during client onboarding and ongoing refinement efforts
• Develop models to evaluate data quality and identify irregularities in client-submitted data
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and coordinate with internal teams for accurate tracking of membership and claims

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or healthcare focus
• 1-3 years of experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or SAS and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and calculations
