Senior Analyst, Performance Analytics

Job Summary

Supporting critical planning processes, the full-time Senior Analyst, Performance Analytics will manage forecasting and budget models, conduct data analysis, and ensure data reliability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update forecasting and budget models, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with planning assumptions
• Conduct ad hoc investigations and analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Query and validate large datasets using SQL, ensuring data quality and documentation for analytical work

Required qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business analytics, revenue planning, FP&A, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Databricks
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex models and scenario analysis
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and translate complex data into understandable narratives
• Proactive working style with a strong focus on data ownership and attention to detail
