Senior Analyst - Pharmacy Performance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Outpatient Pharmacy Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate clinical, financial, and operational data to develop reports
• Analyze internal business reports and trends to assess outpatient pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to identify improvements and implement strategic solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of four years of related experience, preferably in pharmacy finance or health system finance
• Familiarity with outpatient/retail pharmacy applications and reporting
• Strong understanding of retail pharmacy operations and the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Power BI
