Qualifications:

Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
Understanding of SaaS Metrics like Net/Gross Retention, ARR/GRR, and Churn
5+ years of experience in an analytics/operations role
