Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Analyst - Product Management, the successful candidate will lead initiatives for the Small Business Proprietary Lending Card team, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving portfolio growth while collaborating across various departments in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer communications processes for product changes in the portfolio
• Support execution of projects and pilots impacting the Proprietary Lending Card portfolio
• Analyze customer feedback and portfolio dynamics to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements
