Senior Analyst Professional Billing
Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support and project management, the full-time Senior Analyst Professional Billing will work remotely to optimize healthcare applications, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of systems such as electronic health records and billing technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Document and recommend workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements
- Manage small to mid-sized projects related to healthcare applications, including planning and execution
- Collaborate with external vendors for integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of third-party applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Four years of work experience in related areas or actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree with six years of experience
- Current Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing Administration, PB Claims Administration, or related Epic certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables), Visio, and Project
- Experience in project management and system analysis within healthcare environments
