Senior Analyst, Provider Configuration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Provider Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and audit provider data for quality and accuracy in systems/databases
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business requirement documents (BRDs) related to provider configuration
• Assist in planning and coordination of claims payment system upgrades and releases

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in health care, preferably in a customer/provider services setting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service experience
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency, including Excel
