Senior Analyst, Provider Configuration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Provider Configuration - Project Management / PMP (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and audit provider data for quality and accuracy in systems/databases
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business requirement documents (BRDs) related to provider configuration
• Assist in planning and coordination of claims payment system upgrades and releases, including test plan development and execution

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
