Senior Analyst, Provider Contracting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst to support their Voluntary Out-of-Network team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of pricing dispute resolution activities within cost containment programs
• Conduct thorough investigations of pricing disputes and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends and support process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in healthcare operations, claims, or analytics will be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims, call center operations, healthcare analytics, or provider contracting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to quality and timeliness
