A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Provider Data Operations to join their Provider Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of provider information and support complex data processing needs
• Identify and address provider information process and technology issues while providing feedback to stakeholders
• Manage caseloads and dashboard effectively while supporting team members in queue management

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare and/or operations
• 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• 2+ years of experience analyzing datasets and troubleshooting data nuances
• Proficiency in using a credentialing or provider data repository
• 2+ years of inventory management queue experience
