Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of provider information and support complex processing needs
• Identify and address provider information process issues, providing insights to improve operations
• Manage data queries, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare and/or operations
• 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• 2+ years of experience in assessing end-to-end process impacts
• 2+ years of experience analyzing datasets and troubleshooting data nuances
• Proficiency in using a credentialing or provider data repository
