Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Provider Data Operations to join their Provider Data Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of provider demographic information and manage data ingestion
• Identify and address provider issues, providing feedback to improve processes and performance
• Support team members with data escalation research and resolution, and manage assigned caseloads

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare with provider data management
• 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• 2+ years of experience assessing end-to-end process impacts
• 2+ years of experience analyzing datasets and troubleshooting data nuances
• 2+ years of inventory management queue experience
