Senior Analyst RCM Analytics
Job Summary
Producing reliable RCM reports and providing insightful analysis, the full-time Senior Analyst RCM Analytics will work remotely to maintain reporting accuracy, investigate performance changes, and present findings to improve cash flow and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, timely RCM reports and dashboards; validate data and communicate limitations or delays
- Maintain clear metric definitions, calculations, data sources, and version history
- Analyze RCM performance to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence
- Strong understanding of healthcare RCM workflows and measures
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with a business intelligence or data visualization tool
- Ability to explain complex analysis in concise, nontechnical business language
