Senior Analyst - Regulatory Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Regulatory Strategy & Financial Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rate case teams and prepare exhibits and testimony for local rate increases and state USF receipts
• Prepare and review financial reports and exhibits for commissions and management regarding earnings analyses and regulatory reports
• Monitor regulated earnings for ILEC companies and identify shortfalls to improve earnings retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory and telecommunications or related industry
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficient in mainframe applications, SAP, CABS, and MS Office applications
