A company is looking for a Senior Analyst RM & Distribution Analytics to shape revenue strategy through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and revenue opportunities, delivering actionable insights to leaders
• Transform analytical findings into narratives and presentations to support decision-making across teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and support measurement and experimentation efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, revenue management, or business analysis, preferably in hospitality
• Experience working at a hotel property with knowledge of operations, pricing, and commercial performance
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience in data storytelling and creating executive-ready deliverables
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
