Senior Analyst, Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Front Line Controls Officer-Commercial Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of an effective internal control framework across Commercial Banking
• Support the documentation of RCSA processes across all Front Line Units to ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate key risks and implement risk control measures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or internal audit within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of governance, banking regulations, and risk management frameworks
• Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards and Regulatory Category IV banking requirements preferred
• Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools
