Senior Analyst, Risk Management

Job Summary

Supporting operational excellence within the Amex Offers Digital Media team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Risk Management will execute core operational activities, maintain oversight of governance processes, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to strengthen operational risk across Amex Offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational excellence and regulatory activities, tracking deliverables and follow-ups between partner teams
• Maintain centralized tracking of operational risk events and remediation plans, ensuring progress toward closure
• Collaborate with management to manage project tracking for new product governance and assist with compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and processes
• Experience in marketing operations, process improvement, or project management
• Familiarity with internal compliance and operational risk management frameworks
• Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Proven ability to drive change and improve operational efficiency
