Senior Analyst SAR CTR Filing
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Analyst SAR CTR Filing will be responsible for the accurate preparation and e-filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) with FinCEN, while drafting examiner-ready narratives and conducting continuing-activity reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and e-file SARs and CTRs accurately and within regulatory deadlines
- Author examiner-ready SAR narratives and perform continuing-activity reviews
- Validate CTR data and maintain filing logs to support audit and examination requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- CAMS certification preferred; expected to obtain within 12 months if not held
- 3-5 years of experience in SAR drafting, CTR filing, or BSA/AML investigations
- Hands-on experience with FinCEN BSA E-Filing and case-management systems
- Working knowledge of SAR/CTR thresholds and FinCEN guidance
