Senior Analyst, Service Operations

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives across Angi Services, the full-time Senior Analyst, Service Operations will lead special projects, enhance reporting and forecasting, ensure revenue transparency, and improve operational processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for multiple lines of business, including forecasting, profitability assessments, and ROI analyses
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, owning leadership reporting and continuously refining methodologies for accuracy and efficiency
• Design and manage processes for partner payment reconciliation, addressing discrepancies and operationalizing workflows with Accounting

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a fast-paced tech environment
• Expert-level Excel skills and proficiency in SQL preferred
• Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to generate strategic insights
• Strong project management skills and experience navigating cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Competency in utilizing AI tools to enhance analytical processes
