Job Summary
A company is looking for a Shared Services Senior Analyst in the Partner Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II case management support for employee lifecycle issues for US and Canadian partners
- Research, analyze, and resolve cases related to onboarding and HR processes
- Identify and implement process improvements while maintaining compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or shared services
- 3+ years of experience in research, analysis, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year of experience identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- 1-2 years of experience advising cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
