A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Small Dollar Loan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to guide the growth of the Small Dollar Loan product
• Collaborate with Product and GM to shape product roadmaps and ensure data-driven decisions
• Design and maintain analytics frameworks to measure product performance and user behavior

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related quantitative role, preferably in fintech or consumer finance
• BS in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design
• Understanding of data modeling principles and ability to influence teams through data storytelling
