Senior Analyst, SOX Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, National Risk & Controls (SOX Audit).

Key Responsibilities

• Supports formalization of the universe of risks and performs enterprise risk assessments
• Provides project management support for business process and technology risk assessments
• Documents and analyzes organizational functions to identify controls and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related audit experience, with 2 years in IT development or data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act and experience with SOX testing
• Expertise in audit procedures, risk assessment, and internal controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
