Senior Analyst Special Projects

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Analyst, Special Projects will manage data analysis, value creation initiatives, and project management to drive growth and operational improvements in a primarily remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine sustainable models for reporting and analysis, delivering trustworthy insights
• Partner with finance and operations leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and improved financial performance
• Develop and manage strategic projects that align with organizational goals, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, project management, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Proficiency in Excel (Expert) and PowerPoint (Advanced); familiarity with Tableau is a plus
• Experience creating multi-phase project plans and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to diverse audiences
