Senior Analyst, Strategy

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst, Strategy will analyze data, develop project plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve financial performance, primarily working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine analytical models for reporting and dashboards to deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with finance and operations leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and profitable growth
• Develop and manage special projects that align with strategic goals, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, project management, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Proficiency in Excel (Expert) and PowerPoint (Advanced); experience with Tableau is a plus
• Strong project management skills, including experience with multi-phase project plans and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to diverse audiences
