Senior Analyst, Strategy & Data

Job Summary

Driving strategic insights and data analysis, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, Strategy & Data will lead the evaluation of sales performance metrics, create executive dashboards, and develop recommendations to support high-stakes decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of key sales performance and consumption metrics, including pipeline and growth indicators
• Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and data visualizations for leadership insights
• Develop strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis for decision-making support

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in building and interpreting complex datasets in a GTM, Sales, or Product analytics context
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and/or Tableau for data modeling
• Ability to prioritize effectively and execute under ambiguity
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and creating executive-facing presentations
• Proven capability to work independently in fast-paced environments
