Senior Analyst Supplier Performance

Job Summary

Supporting the performance, compliance, and risk management of suppliers, the full-time Senior Analyst Supplier Performance will monitor supplier performance against established SLAs and KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
• Participate in supplier business reviews, presenting performance findings and improvement opportunities
• Identify and resolve complex supplier performance issues and recommend corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of experience in supplier management, vendor management, procurement, or third-party risk
• Experience analyzing supplier performance using SLAs, KPIs, or similar measures
• Strong knowledge of supplier performance management and external workforce practices
• Ability to work independently while operating within established policies and governance frameworks
