Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data strategy for educator effectiveness and design scalable analytics frameworks
• Influence organizational decision-making through strategic storytelling and executive-level reporting
• Own integration strategy for educator effectiveness systems, including vendor evaluation and API architecture decisions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or education analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R)
• Deep expertise in educator effectiveness frameworks and instructional improvement cycles
• Experience in developing and applying predictive models and machine learning techniques
• A degree in Education, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master's preferred
