Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst- Tier 2 Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides Tier 2 virtual support to the organization's end users
- Supports software, hardware, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues
- Responds to escalated issues from the IT Service Center and maintains support related documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts and principles
- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems
