Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst- Tier 2 Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides Tier 2 virtual support to the organization's end users
  • Supports software, hardware, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues
  • Responds to escalated issues from the IT Service Center and maintains support related documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts and principles
  • Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
  • Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems
