Senior Analyst Total Rewards

Job Summary

Supporting the execution and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits programs, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, Total Rewards will manage compensation administration, benefits administration, and workforce analytics initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer global compensation programs, conduct market pricing, and support annual compensation reviews
• Oversee U.S. and Canada benefits programs, handle employee inquiries, and manage open enrollment processes
• Serve as the primary liaison for compensation and benefits-related systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting analytics initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related HR discipline
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• Experience with Workday's benefits and compensation modules
• Proven track record in supporting annual compensation cycles and large-scale HR programs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to data accuracy
