Senior Analyst, Total Rewards
Job Summary
Supporting the execution and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits programs, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, Total Rewards will manage compensation administration, benefits administration, and workforce analytics initiatives while partnering with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer global compensation programs, conduct market pricing, and support annual compensation reviews
- Serve as the primary administrator for U.S. and Canada benefits programs, managing inquiries and open enrollment processes
- Coordinate with the HRIS team for compensation and benefits system processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related HR discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Workday's benefits and compensation modules
- Proven experience supporting annual compensation cycles and large-scale HR programs
- Strong analytical skills and commitment to data accuracy
