Senior Analyst, Transaction Services

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end closing process for private investments, the full-time Senior Analyst, Transaction Services will coordinate documentation, funding, and system setup while engaging with complex legal and financial documents in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating the closing process for private equity, private credit, real estate, and structured transactions
• Reviewing transaction documents to assess implications for operational and accounting setup
• Managing deal pipelines and ensuring timely transaction onboarding and settlement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in transaction support or deal closing processes within financial services
• Knowledge of private investment structures and financial instruments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Familiarity with US GAAP and statutory accounting principles preferred
