Senior Analyst, Transaction Services

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Analyst, Transaction Services, the candidate will support the closing process for private investments, including private equity and real estate, while collaborating with investment teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end closing process for private investments by coordinating documentation, funding, and system setup
• Review transaction documents critically to assess implications for operational and accounting setup, escalating issues as needed
• Manage deal pipelines and closing timelines, ensuring transactions remain on schedule through proactive follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in transaction support or deal closing processes within financial services
• Knowledge of private investment structures and financial instruments, with exposure to private equity or private credit preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with US GAAP and statutory accounting principles preferred
