Senior Analyst, Trend Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Trend Analysis & Payor Escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed trend analysis and root cause investigation across Low Balance inventory
• Analyze claims, remittance, and payment data to identify payor behavior patterns and revenue risks
• Support payor escalation preparation by completing detailed account reviews and maintaining accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4-7+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle analytics or complex healthcare financial environments
• Deep experience analyzing claim inventory, payor behavior, and payment patterns
• Strong background as a system analyst or senior business partner for revenue cycle systems
• Expert in analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
