Senior Analyst UM Design Configuration
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst in Utilization Management Design & Configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and summarize process behavior to expedite the design/solutioning process
- Translate configuration helping internal teams resolve escalations
- Identify and pilot opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts
- 1+ year Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working in health insurance industry/claims (Bonus)
- SQL proficiency (Bonus)
- Experience working with Jira (Bonus)
