Senior Analyst, Underwriting

Job Summary

Senior Analyst, Underwriting will provide analytical and operational support to underwriting leadership by researching and synthesizing information to resolve time-sensitive questions in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and issue resolution support through targeted analyses and clear readouts for leadership
• Model output investigation and variance analysis to explain changes in pricing and forecasting results
• Cross-functional coordination with stakeholders to obtain data and confirm interpretations of results

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics, finance, underwriting, actuarial, or related fields
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and structured modeling
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL concepts for data extraction and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-matrix environment and build productive relationships
