Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, VPP Performance to support their Operations Team in a hybrid role that combines technical performance analysis and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain VPP performance infrastructure, including capacity tracking and asset performance scorecards
• Design and maintain dashboards for monitoring VPP reliability and financial outcomes, supporting operational delivery
• Translate performance data into actionable business insights and create frameworks for executive reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or operations
• Proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Periscope, Looker)
• Proven track record of building repeatable systems and documented processes
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across cross-functional teams
