Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve monthly TA capacity planning, translating hiring demand into capacity and recommending actions to close gaps
- Build and maintain 24-month forecasts and scenario models connecting hiring plans to resourcing requirements
- Produce leadership-ready readouts for stakeholders, clarifying assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs for quick decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, planning, strategy, or operations-focused roles
- Expertise in spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets/Excel) and building dashboards in BI tools (Sigma or similar)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance analytical workflows
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership
- BA/BS or equivalent experience, preferably in a quantitative or math-forward discipline
