Job Summary

As the Analytics Translator, the full-time Senior Analytic Advisor will manage the end-to-end analytics request process, guiding business leaders in data-driven decision-making while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Hanover, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analytics request and fulfillment process, including problem identification and prioritization
• Act as a liaison between enterprise analytics and business, ensuring analytics projects add value
• Define business goals and translate them into technical specifications while redesigning processes for efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics portfolio management, analytics management, or business optimization
• Health plan experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency with modern analytic platforms and tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Master's degree in Public Health, Business, Economics, or a closely related field; MBA or MHA preferred
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of analytics for health plan performance improvement
