Senior Analytic Advisor

Job Summary

As the Analytics Translator, the full-time Senior Analytic Advisor will manage the analytics request and fulfillment process, guiding business leaders in data-driven decision-making while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Hanover, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics request and fulfillment process, from problem identification to communication of results
• Act as a liaison between enterprise analytics and business, ensuring analytics projects add value and are effectively utilized
• Define business goals and translate them into technical specifications, while redesigning processes to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics portfolio management, analytics management, or business optimization activities
• Health plan experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency with modern analytic platforms and tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Epic
• Master's degree in Public Health, Business, Economics, Health Care Administration, or related field; MBA or MHA preferred
• Strong business acumen and understanding of health plan operations, with project management experience
