Senior Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain, manipulate, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from diverse sources
• Build and validate advanced analytical and statistical models using forecasting, optimization, and simulation techniques
• Quantify business impacts and communicate actionable recommendations to drive informed decisions

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MS or equivalent) in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience with analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Fluency in speaking Japanese required
• Knowledge of supply chain, forecasting, and optimization preferred
• Experience processing and presenting large quantities of data (Millions to Billions of rows)
