Senior Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analytics Analyst - Healthcare Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics deliverables, including problem scoping, metric definition, and result presentation
• Develop and deliver complex analyses and contribute to predictive/prescriptive efforts
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate needs into measurable questions and scalable outputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably in healthcare analytics
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong skills in Python/R for analysis and modeling
• Strong visualization skills in Tableau/Looker or equivalent
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and implement validation practices
