Senior Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analytics Analyst to support data processes and reporting for health systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and QA data feeds for revenue cycle data, and create time-sensitive ad-hoc reports
• Summarize analysis findings in reports for Operations and leadership decision support
• Develop validation standards for data transfer/loading and report creation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytics role with complex datasets
• Expertise in Health Information Systems, preferably Epic
• Proficiency in SQL on any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
