Senior Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

To support enterprise-level strategic priorities, the full-time Senior Analytics Analyst will lead high-impact analytical initiatives, optimize business performance across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and mentor junior analysts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytical initiatives to optimize sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
• Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical goals and translate business questions into structured analyses
• Design and develop advanced analytical models using statistical techniques to evaluate performance and inform business strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Excel
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and modeling techniques applicable to business problems
• Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and impactfully through data visualization
