Senior Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Analytics Analyst will lead reporting, analysis, automation, and quality assurance efforts to support strategic decision-making within the Revenue Cycle Organization, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Power BI and Excel reports while managing data from various sources
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives
• Utilize SQL, Python, and other tools to automate processes and enhance data quality and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role with complex datasets
• Expertise in SQL and advanced experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
• Background in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and ability to leverage AI models for analytics
